Our senior lawyers have extensive experience as mediators and arbitrators and are active members of the main Arbitration Chambers. Our partner, Prof. Dr. Fábio Nusdeo, is one of the most well-known arbitratiors in Brazil with over 20 years of experience in the field. He presided over the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce the year the Brazilian Arbitration Law (1996) came into force.
