We advise national and international clients in negotiations and disputes before Brazilian authorities (e.g. CAMEX, DECOM, SECEX, DECEX and SUFRAMA), mostly in anti-dumping, safeguards and subsidies investigations. We have reached remarkable success in the application of anti-dumping measures for our clients, including requests for renovation of the measure.  Recently we have acted with positive outcomes in proceedings involving mitigation of anti-dumping measures due to Public Interest (GTIP).
