•    Law Graduate from the law School of University of São Paulo (FAD/USP).
•    He acted as adviser to the President of the Administrative Counsel of Economic Defense (CADE) and, while occupying such position, was                   directly responsible for the development of new Resolutions and Opinions.
•    Member and former Director of IBRAC. Visiting Professor in several renowned schools. He is also a speaker at corporate events and the author         of several articles as well as an awarded book published by the distinguished German publisher Mohr Siebeck.
